01How do we get our number?
On the call, against your own partner list
We look at the partners you collect from and the records you chase most. On the call, we understand your situation and price accordingly.
02What decides which number we get?
How much you are managing, and what your organization requires
How many partners and records you are collecting and checking.

03Do our partners pay anything?
Free for them, on every plan
The partners who fulfil your requests get their own organized view of what they sent you, at no cost, for as long as they are answering you.
That does not change with the plan you are on.
04Does the number go up when we hire?
You pay the same however many people look
More people looking at the same records costs nothing more.
05Can we start with one partner?
One request, against one partner, is the usual start
The call sets up that first request with your checks and its date, against your own case. That first one is free, and it is running when the call ends.
06What happens to our records if we leave?
They leave with you, on request
Ask us for your records and their trail, and we will get them to you.
If you terminate, you can ask us for an export within 30 days, and the workspace is deleted after that window.
07Which plan are we?
We figure it out together on the call
If Engrama is not right for you, we will say so on the call.
