Never chase the evidence again

Today, what proves one obligation sits in a drive, a spreadsheet and several inboxes. One person knows what is in there, and everyone else finds out on the day it matters.

Engrama holds the list of what you are supposed to have, asks whoever owes each item, and files what comes back against the thing it proves.

In Engrama every item carries the date it runs out and the checks it passed on the way in, so what is current and what is missing is a state on the list rather than a search.

You write the checks into the request when it goes out. Engrama runs them on what comes back, before it reaches you.

Some of them are a detail a machine can read: the date a certificate expires, the body that issued it. Some of them are not. Whether the coverage actually reaches the work being done, or whether a report covers the site you named, is a judgment.

You decide whether what arrived will hold up.

Today, the ask lands and the assembly starts: the drive, the inboxes, the person who might still have the version from two months ago.

With Engrama, what was asked for was collected when it was due, checked on the way in, and filed against the thing it proves.

Something comes into scope

A new partner, a new site, a rule that moved. Engrama adds it to the list of what you hold, with what has to be true about it written into the request.

A date runs out

A certificate expires on a day nobody wrote down. Engrama watches the date and asks for the replacement before it passes.

A version comes back different

The renewal reads almost the same as the one it replaces. Engrama keeps both and shows the line that moved.

Something goes missing

A partner is replaced, a person moves on, and what you hold quietly stops matching what you are supposed to hold. Engrama holds the list of what should be there, so missing is a state on it rather than a discovery.

What all four have in common is whether the answer came back right the first time. Right First Time (RFT) is the share of requested records that arrive complete, pass every check you asked for, and need no human follow-up. Engrama's own reminders do not count as follow-up.
